Terms of Use

Couple things.  
1.  Please don't use images of my work or my intellectual property without my permission.  It's that "all rights reserved by Paul Schmidt Art, LLC." thing.  
2.   At this time, I sell only originals and reserve copyright.  Don't turn my artwork into NFTs.
3.  I'm really glad you're here and want to check out what I do.  I’m not interested in any data from you other than what you volunteer, such as an email address.  Please refer to Squarespace’s rules and regulations about what they collect.

Shipping & Returns

If you’re not happy with a purchase, you can return it within 30 days.  When it arrives, I’ll issue a full refund for the purchase price.  I will not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a physical defect.  All outgoing shipments will be appropriately insured.
